Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is included in the rental price of the facility?
    The venue rental includes a 12-hour rental, the set-up of tables and chameleon chairs, two private suites, a small lounge area, an Illuminated top bar with plenty of space to refrigerate drinks as well as an ice machine, 150 self-parking spaces, and a covered terrace perfect for an intimate cocktail reception.
  • Can I purchase additional hours for my event?
    Additional set-up time can be purchased by the hour. Depending on the timeframe of your event, you may also be eligible to purchase additional hours on the backend if your end time does not exceed midnight. For our hourly rate please contact our sales team.
  • Is there rehearsal time included in my rental?
    Clients will receive a one-hour rehearsal prior to their event date for certain functions, but all rehearsals must be scheduled in advance. There is no food or drinks served during this period and this time may not be applied as an additional hour on the day of your event.
  • Are taxes and fees included in the venue rental pricing?
    Taxes and fees are not included in the base price but will be added onto your proposal. These fees include the standard sales tax of 8.25%, a credit card processing fee of 3.5%, and a 10% service fee for any rental items or other applicable add-ons. We do not include any gratuity.
  • What is the latest my event can end?
    Your event must end no later than midnight. Please be mindful that due to our local sound ordinance no music may be played outside past 9:00pm.
  • How many guests can Apricus accommodate?
    Apricus Venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated event and up to 365 guests for a cocktail reception.
  • Does Apricus offer any additional discounts?
    Discounts may apply during promotions or seasonal dates. Please contact our sales team for more information.
  • Do we need an appointment to tour the venue?
    Walk-ins are welcome, but we do recommend scheduling an appointment to visit the venue to ensure that we are adequately prepared for your arrival. To schedule an appointment please call 940-400-3590.
  • How do I reserve a date for my event?
    Dates are available on a first come first served basis and no date is guaranteed until a signed contract, booking downpayment, and refundable security deposit are received.
  • Does Apricus allow outside vendors? 
    Apricus Venue does have a preferred vendor list for your reference, but you are more than welcome to work with vendors of your choice as well. However, some restrictions do apply to catering, bartenders, and security. For more information regarding our vendor policy please contact our sales team directly.
  • Will there be someone on-site the day of my event?
    You will have two members of Apricus staff on site throughout the duration of your event. While we do offer our support to provide added value at no additional cost to you, our team does have a clear outline of the dos and don’ts for your event.
  • Is security required for my event?
    Security is only required for functions that will be serving alcohol throughout the duration of their event. We work with the city of Corinth’s police department and officers are only required to be on site while the bar is open.
  • When is my final balance due? 
    When booking with Apricus payments are due every two months and the balance due must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event.
